At VEX TIRES, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and trustworthy tire-buying experience. To maintain consistency, protect product quality, and ensure fairness to all customers, we have adopted the following return policy.

All Sales Are Final

Tires, wheels, and services purchased from VEX Tires are final sale.
We work directly with each customer to ensure the correct tires are selected before completing the sale. This ensures you know exactly what you will receive and guarantees the correct tires are bought.

  • Every tire purchase through VEX TIRES is considered a final sale.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to incorrect tire size, change of preference, or installation issues.

Tire and Wheel Purchases
• All tire and wheel sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges.
• Customers confirm their selections during booking or in-store ordering.

Services
• Services are non-refundable once work begins.
• Completed work cannot be reversed or reimbursed.

Customer-Supplied Tires
We install customer-supplied tires with care. Installation fees are final.

Defective Products
Manufacturer warranties apply to product defects. Warranty claims follow the brand’s official process.

Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the correct tire size, model, and specifications before confirming their order.

  • Our team is available to provide guidance and confirm sizing upon request prior to purchase.

Product Condition

  • Every tire is new and inspected before delivery.

  • Customers must inspect tires at the time of delivery and notify VEX TIRES immediately of any damage in transit. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs and documentation.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Tires sold by VEX TIRES are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; but not covered by VEX TIRES.

  • Warranty claims, including issues related to tread wear, manufacturing defects, or material faults, are handled directly with the manufacturer.

  • Customers must contact the manufacturer themselves to initiate and manage all warranty claims.

Environmental Fees & Final Sale

  • Environmental recycling fees (ARMA) are applied at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • These fees are collected as required by law and remitted to the Alberta Recycling Management Authority.

Cancellation

In the event that you would want to cancel your order, it is important to let us know as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel your order before it is shipped. Certain transactional, handling and/or transport fees may apply.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
