Welcome to VEX TIRES. By accessing our website or purchasing tires, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms establish the legal obligations between you (“the customer”) and VEX TIRES (“the company”).

Orders and Payments

All orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.

  1. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable GST/HST.

  2. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods will be provided in the invoice.

  3. Payments are processed securely via Squareup. VEX TIRES does not store your credit card information.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud suspicion.

Environmental Recycling Fees

Under Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA) regulations, an environmental recycling fee applies to every new tire sold.

  1. This fee is collected at the time of purchase and appears as a separate line item on your invoice.

  2. Fees are set by ARMA and vary by tire category:

    • Passenger / Light Truck → $5.00 per tire

    • Medium / Commercial Truck → $14.00 per tire

    • Other categories (agricultural, industrial, OTR) → amounts vary according to ARMA rules

  3. These fees are remitted directly to ARMA. They are not profit for VEX TIRES.

Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We work directly with each customer by phone or email to ensure the correct tires are selected before completing the sale. This ensures you know exactly what you will receive and guarantees the correct tires are shipped.

Products and Services

VEX Tires provides premium tire products and full professional tire services. Our focus is solutions, integrity, and satisfaction.

  • VEX TIRES sells new tires only.

  • Our services include tire installation, tire mounting, wheel balancing, tire repairs, and tire rotation. All work is performed with precision by technicians using specialized tire equipment.

  • All services are performed with professional care and follow manufacturer specifications. Exact services and pricing will be confirmed during scheduling.

  • We do not sell used or reconditioned tires.

VEX Tires assumes no responsibility for improper installation performed outside our facility, misuse of products, or damage that occurs after the vehicle leaves our property.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are confirmed during the ordering process.

Availability depends on supplier stock and will be communicated before order completion.

Bookings

  • Appointment requests submitted online are confirmed by phone or email. Final scheduling depends on availability.

Images and Media Use

Some images, icons, graphics, and videos displayed on this website belong to VEX Tires and are original content created for our brand. Other visual elements are licensed assets sourced from Squarespace and Freepik under permitted usage rights.

Attributions:

  • Freepik: Certain images and media are sourced from Freepik under their free license. Required attribution: “Images and media from Freepik.com”.

  • Squarespace: Some images provided by the Squarespace platform are used under Squarespace’s permitted license for site builders.

Usage Restrictions:
Media on this website is for viewing purposes only. Website visitors may view all media but may not download, reproduce, modify, or distribute any images, graphics, or videos without written permission from VEX Tires Inc.

After-Sale Service

VEX TIRES provides personal after-sale service. If you have any question, even weeks after delivery, contact us and we will help you just like the first day.

Liability

Liability limitations follow the VEX Tires Service Agreement signed at the time of service. The website version is informational and does not replace the signed agreement.
